Apply for an M-Pesa portal admin account. Fill out the application form, attach your ID, and send it to lipanampesa@safaricom.co.ke.

Once your account is approved, we'll complete the integration for you.

Sign the integration agreement.

Next, obtain a dedicated paybill account number from Equity Bank. Your Equity relationship manager can help you set this up.

Once connected, RentPoa will automatically mark invoices as paid for any payments made to your Equity Paybill (247247) that use the tenant's unique account number (e.g., 123456#12).

Visit your nearest Co-op Bank branch to get an M-Collection Till for your account.

Fill out the onboarding form and email it to sales@rentpoa.ke. Our team will contact you to begin the integration.

Once connected, RentPoa will automatically mark invoices as paid for any payments made to your Co-op Paybill (400222) using the assigned account number (e.g., 1234567#10 — where 10 is the tenant ID).

You will need a dedicated paybill account number from I&M Bank. Please contact your I&M relationship manager to request this.

Once connected, RentPoa will automatically mark invoices as paid for any payments made to your I&M Paybill using the assigned account number (e.g., 123456#12).
