Refer a landlord, agency or estate to RentPoa. When they register and pay their first subscription, you earn 50% of that first month. Commission is paid after the customer has actually paid — no advances, no clawbacks.

Get your code
You receive a referral code and link. Anyone who registers with it is tied to you.
They register and pay
Your referral signs up, sets up their properties and pays their first subscription.
You get paid
50% of that first month lands in your M-Pesa or bank account after their payment clears.

Nothing here changes without notice to you in writing.
Commission is 50% of the first month
You earn half of the first monthly subscription the referred account pays. One payment per new customer, not a recurring share.
Paid only after the customer pays
Commission becomes payable once their first subscription payment has cleared to us. Unpaid or cancelled signups earn nothing.
Payouts run monthly
Commissions earned in a month are paid out by the 10th of the following month, to M-Pesa or a bank account you nominate.
The referral must use your code
The account has to be registered with your referral code or link. Referrals claimed after registration cannot be credited.
Existing customers do not count
Accounts already registered with RentPoa, or duplicates of an existing account, are not eligible.
Annual plans count as one month
If a referral pays annually, commission is 50% of the equivalent first month, not of the annual fee.
