Plans and billing
RentPoa is priced by unit band, per month. Every plan includes every feature — you only move up a band as you add units.

How units are counted
You're billed for occupied units only. A vacant unit costs nothing until a tenant is assigned to it.
Adding units mid-month is prorated. Removing them takes effect at the start of the next cycle.
Changing plan
Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period; nothing is lost.
