Reports answer the three questions owners ask most: what came in, what's outstanding, and who is behind.

The collections report
Shows expected versus collected for any period, broken down by property. The gap between the two bars on the dashboard chart is your outstanding amount.
Arrears ageing
Groups unpaid balances into 0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ day buckets so you can see which debts are hardening.
Export any report to Excel or PDF from the button at the top right — useful for owner meetings and KRA filing.
Owner statements
If you manage on behalf of others, generate a per-owner statement showing gross collections, your commission and the net payout.
