Team members and permissions

Roles

Admins can do everything. Managers handle properties and tenants but not billing settings. Viewers see reports only. Caretakers can record meter readings and maintenance.

   Open Settings → Team.

   Click Invite member and enter their email.

   Pick a role and, if needed, limit them to specific properties.

   They receive an email invitation valid for seven days.

Restricting by property

Any role can be scoped to one or more properties, so a caretaker at one block never sees another.
