Reminders and arrears
Reminders replace the calls and WhatsApp messages. You choose the timing and the tone; RentPoa sends them.
Setting a reminder schedule
The default schedule sends a notice three days before rent is due, on the due date, and then weekly while a balance remains. Each of those can be edited or switched off.

Open Settings → Reminders.

Adjust the timing of each message.

Edit the wording, or keep the default.

Turn on WhatsApp delivery if you use it.
Escalation
Units past a threshold you set move into the Arrears view, where you can send a formal demand letter or flag the account for follow-up.
Reminders never send between 9pm and 7am, regardless of schedule.
